Weymouth-based precision manufacturer, Tecan, is seeking an Operations Director responsible for the manufacturing output of five business units and general works management. Tecan operates at the forefront of a number of key global markets and is looking for a high calibre team leader to help build on this success.

Ideally this person would be commercial and dynamic, with excellent man-management skills. Applications are invited from candidates from a manufacturing, engineering and technical background, with experience in Lean Manufacturing.

Experience in wet processing, precision engineering, micro-technology and/or electronics would also be an advantage.
